The One with the Cottage Cheese

So all my life I've been convinced that I hate cottage cheese. Well, except when it's cooked in lasagna. Then it's my favorite part. Is that weird?

But eating cold, lumpy curdled milk? Not exactly my idea of tasty! But last night, Justin had made a yummy dinner of turkey, green beans and baked potatoes, and he decided he was going to have cottage cheese on his potato. Sooooo, in the spirit of my 101 in 1001, I tried a bite. And . . .
